Our Invite is a self-service platform that allows couples to create, customise and publish their own digital wedding invitation. Each invitation is hosted on a personal subdomain of our-invite.com (for example, your-names.our-invite.com). The service includes:

• Designing the invitation using our templates and editor
• Publishing to a personal subdomain of your choice (subject to availability)
• Multi-language invitations — you write your invitation content in the language of your choice and may add additional language versions at any time; templates display the text as you enter it and support both left-to-right and right-to-left scripts
• Optional features: countdown timer, photo gallery, background music, venue map, guest management, add-to-calendar
• Partner access — allowing a second email address to edit the same invitation
• Sharing access with guests via a public link

The service is provided as a one-time purchase with no subscription or recurring fees.

To use Our Invite you must create an account using a valid email address. Authentication is performed via a magic-link or one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and any activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

• Prices are displayed on our pricing section and include any applicable taxes
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Merchant of Record), which handles card processing, billing and tax compliance on our behalf
• Payment is charged once at the time of purchase — there are no recurring charges
• You will receive a receipt by email after a successful payment

Access to the full invitation builder and the ability to publish your invitation is unlocked immediately upon successful payment. Because delivery is instant and digital, the service is considered rendered at the moment of purchase.

Your invitation remains accessible for as long as Our Invite continues to operate. In the event the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and, where possible, an export of your content.

The Our Invite templates, source code, designs, brand, logos and platform are the exclusive property of Our Invite and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the selected template to host and display your own wedding invitation on our platform. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or extract the underlying template, code or assets.

The content you provide (names, event details, photos, guest list, music you upload) remains your property. By uploading it, you grant us a limited licence to host, store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the service for you.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Only upload content you own or have permission to use (including photos and music)
• Not upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise inappropriate
• Not attempt to access, alter or interfere with other users' accounts, invitations or data
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or misuse the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any invitation or account that violates these obligations, without refund.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Invite is not liable for:

• Damages arising from misuse of the service by you or your guests
• Connectivity, internet or third-party service availability issues
• Errors in information that you supply (names, dates, addresses, etc.)
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your invitation.

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you acknowledge and accept how we collect and use data as described there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Invitations already paid for will continue to be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase, to the extent material.
