Refund Policy

All sales on Our Invite are final. Because Our Invite is a digital product delivered instantly — your invitation is published to your chosen subdomain immediately after payment, and full access to the builder, guest management and premium features is unlocked at the same moment — we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

To make sure Our Invite meets your expectations, you can build, customise and fully preview your entire invitation in your dashboard before paying. We strongly recommend going through every section of your invitation (countdown, gallery, music, venue map, guests, and each language version you have added) in preview mode before confirming payment.

Your invitation is never locked after payment — you pay once and can edit your content, photos, music and settings at any time. The one-time purchase covers a single digital invitation.

We take every complaint seriously. If any of the following applies to your purchase, please contact us:

• A feature of the service is not working as described
• Any other issue you feel should be reviewed

Email us at info@our-invite.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

• The email address used to sign up
• The invitation subdomain or slug (if applicable)
• A short description of the issue
• Any screenshots that help us understand the problem

We aim to respond to every complaint within 5 business days. Where the issue is our fault, we will do our best to put things right — for example, by fixing the technical problem, restoring access, or correcting a billing error.

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us first at info@our-invite.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are almost always able to resolve issues directly and much faster than the chargeback process.
