Our Invite is a self-service platform. You build your own invitation, and the data we hold is essentially the data you choose to enter. We collect the following types of personal data:

• Account data: email address, used to sign you in via a magic link or one-time code
• Invitation content you create: couple names, event dates, venue details, photos you upload, any text you write (in any language), music URLs or uploaded audio, and the guest list you manage
• Shared access emails: email addresses you add as a partner to give access to your invitation
• Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider (Merchant of Record). We do not store card numbers or billing details
• Technical data: session cookies required to keep you signed in, and minimal server logs (IP address, timestamps) used for security

• Create and host your digital wedding invitation
• Authenticate you and keep your session active
• Grant access to the partner email you specify
• Process payments securely through our payment provider
• Communicate with you about your account, your invitation, or a complaint you have raised
